Terms of Service
Last updated: May 30, 2026. These terms set expectations for the beta; they are not a substitute for legal review before scale.
Beta product status
- Klarava is an early paid beta. Features may change, break, or be removed as the product is refined.
- The V1 workflow is strategy, calendar, canonical draft review, platform variants, copy/export, and feedback. Klarava does not provide native publishing, social scheduling, social account management, or guaranteed growth outcomes in V1.
- Generated outputs are drafting assistance, not professional, legal, medical, financial, advertising, or compliance advice.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing or sending it anywhere.
- Do not enter secrets, regulated health data, private client records, or content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not use Klarava to fabricate testimonials, client wins, metrics, transformations, credentials, personal stories, or any proof you have not earned.
- You are responsible for complying with platform rules, advertising rules, intellectual-property rights, and any industry-specific obligations that apply to your business.
Billing and access
- Paid beta access is managed through Stripe. Access may be granted, blocked, or marked pending based on subscription status and webhook synchronization.
- If payment fails, is canceled, or cannot be verified, Klarava may restrict access to paid beta areas until billing is resolved.
- Refunds and account issues are handled through support during beta. Because this is early access, refund decisions should be pragmatic and support-led rather than hidden behind policy gymnastics. Radical concept.
Content ownership and license
- You retain ownership of your business inputs and final content, subject to rights owned by third parties and AI-provider terms that may apply.
- You grant Klarava the limited rights needed to store, process, transform, and display your inputs and outputs so the product can operate and provide support.
- Klarava may use aggregated or de-identified product usage patterns to improve the beta, but should not publicly disclose your raw private workspace content without permission.
Availability and limitation
- Klarava is provided as-is during beta. We will try to keep it useful and stable, but no uptime, revenue, audience growth, or content performance guarantees are made.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Klarava is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, platform penalties, or business outcomes caused by content you publish.
Support
- For beta support, billing questions, deletion requests, or refund requests, contact the Klarava operator through the support channel provided during onboarding or invitation.
- These terms are a beta baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before a broad public launch.
